MCQuare provides custom software development, DevOps consulting, IT automation, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created for a client becomes the client's property. MCQuare retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

MCQuare's own frameworks, tools, and reusable code libraries remain the property of MCQuare and may be used across projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined per project agreement. MCQuare reserves the right to pause or cease work on any project where payment obligations are not met according to the agreed schedule.

5. Confidentiality

MCQuare treats all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

MCQuare's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. MCQuare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or engage in conduct that disrupts other users' access.
