4. Sales Agent App — Google Account Data

The MCQuare Sales Agent desktop app lets you sign in with Google and connect your Google Drive. When you do, we access only:

  • Your Google account name and email address — to identify your account
  • Google Drive files you choose to use with the app — for example, product documents and knowledge files you add to your business

We use this information only to operate the features you enable: signing you in, and reading or storing the Drive files you connect. We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We delete Google Drive data we hold when you disconnect your account or when you ask us to at [email protected].

MCQuare's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — typically for the duration of our business relationship plus any legally required retention period.
