Build
Weekly deploys from week one. You see the thing taking shape, not a Jira board. We pick the stack for the problem, not for what we bill the most hours on.
Ship
We deploy to your infrastructure (or ours, if you don’t have any yet). Monitoring, alerts, and a runbook are part of the deliverable — not a follow-up invoice.
Run
We keep the lights on for as long as you want us to. Fixes, dependency bumps, the occasional "is this still the right tool?" conversation. Or we hand over and get out of the way.
