CRM migrations and integrations that don't lose a record.
We migrate, customize, and integrate open-source CRM and marketing automation stacks — VTiger, Mautic, and the ERPs they need to talk to. Audited first, migrated on staging, validated with a checklist, reversible at every step.
What you actually get
CRM audit & assessment
A read-only audit of your current instance: versions, customizations, extensions, cron jobs, database health, and security posture. You get a written report of what to keep, what to fix, and what migration will actually take.
VTiger migration & upgrade
Version-by-version upgrades (7.x → 8.x) executed on a staging copy of your real data. Core-file drift reconciled, extensions tested, every step reversible — production is touched only after staging is boring.
Mautic setup & managed hosting
Fresh installs or takeovers of self-hosted Mautic: correct cron architecture, queue-based sending, SSL, monitoring, and tested backups. Marketing automation without the 2AM emergencies.
ERP & accounting integration
Sage 100 and similar ERPs synced with your CRM — quotes and orders out, invoices and payment status back. The ERP owns the tax math; the CRM mirrors it read-only, to the cent.
Customization & module development
Custom modules, fields, and workflows built the upgrade-safe way — documented, versioned, and designed so the next migration doesn't break them.
Ongoing administration & support
Your CRM stack kept healthy: updates applied with rollback plans, cron and queue monitoring, permission and backup discipline, and someone to call when a workflow stops firing.
Scope, build, ship, run.
The same four phases every MCQuare engagement follows. You always know which one you're in.
Scope
A real conversation about what you are building and what is actually hard. You leave with a written scope — what we will build, what we will not, and why.
Build
Weekly deploys from week one. You see the thing taking shape, not a project board.
Ship
Deployed to your infrastructure or ours, with monitoring, alerts, and a runbook included in the deliverable.
Run
We keep the lights on for as long as you want us to — or hand over cleanly and get out of the way.
Common questions
Our VTiger is version 7.x and heavily customized. Can it still be upgraded?
Almost always — but the customizations decide the effort, not the version number. We start with a drift analysis: your codebase diffed against the stock release, so we know exactly which files were modified and why. That audit tells us whether your migration is a weekend or a month before we touch anything. We wrote up the full process in our VTiger migration guide.
Will we lose data or downtime during a migration?
Data loss: no — we migrate a full copy on staging first and validate against a signed checklist before production is touched. Downtime: a short, scheduled window for the final cutover, with the old environment kept intact and ready for instant rollback during an agreed period.
Can you integrate our CRM with Sage 100 (or another ERP)?
Yes. The working pattern: sales documents flow from CRM to ERP, invoices and payment status flow back read-only, and the ERP stays the single source of truth for tax and totals. The details — field mapping, VAT breakdowns, payment reconciliation via lettrage — are covered in our Sage 100 integration write-up.
Do you host and maintain Mautic for clients?
Yes — we run self-hosted Mautic instances end to end: installation, cron and queue architecture, SSL, monitoring, tested backups, and updates applied with a rollback plan. Your team uses the tool; we own the 2AM pager. The operational side is detailed in our production Mautic checklist.
